Job Title: All Campus Preventive Maintenance (ACPM) Specialist
Minimum of three years of skilled work experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC related work or combination of all four, with one year substituted for trades school completion. Additionally, the incumbent must be able to successfully complete elevator extraction and fire panel training certification within 12 months of hire. Likewise, must be able to work varied hours and shifts to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. Furthermore, may be called to work in emergency situations. Requires on and off-campus travel.
License/Certification:
Valid Ohio drivers license with a safe driving record.
