Goshen College seeks an experienced HR generalist for full-time Assistant/Associate Director of Human Resources. The title will be Assistant or Associate Director based on education and experience. Responsible to oversee the recruitment process, develop and maintain HR automated processes/web site development, oversee payroll and benefits administration, oversee the annual open enrollment process, and employee relations.

Qualifications

Additional training in Human Resources management preferred, with continuing training expected.
