AIESEC is taking an active role in enriching the current education system in Algeria, by offering youth a diverse set of language learning opportunities, which will allow them to know the world within their very own classrooms. In this context, AIESEC is offering a paid volunteer opportunity to teach English there.

Duration and Working Hours:

8 Weeks from June 1st through August 1st and working hours from 9 am to 04:00 pm, not on weekends.

Prerequisites:

All nationalities can apply.
Bachelor or Master's degree in Education.
Experience in teaching English.

Main Duties:

Planning and delivering a set of activities and effective lessons to meet students' cognitive needs
Ensuring the communication between AIESEC and the school.
Attending the Incoming Preparation Seminar (IPS) before the beginning of the project.
Teaching using the materials provided by the school and apply changes if necessary.
Participating in the Global Village exciting by showcasing own culture.

Benefits:

A monthly salary of 18000 DZD.

Note that: The volunteer must have valid health insurance for his/her entire stay in Algeria.
