Aramex is looking for an IT Executive to work with its team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Aramex customer software, online portals, and hardware solutions. Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity.
Understand APIs, customer system integration and eCommerce platforms.
Provide system-level support, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.
Provide system training for employees and customers.
Servers/desktops/laptops hardware and software support.
Network configuration and support.
Maintain and manage printers, scanners and courier’s handheld devices.
Helpdesk system administration.
