Ooredoo offers internship opportunity for graduates and university students in administrative and literary fields. They will be responsible for receiving calls and requests from existing and potential customers and executing their requests according to regulations and instructions, making sure to provide the best services and delivering feedback and suggestions received to the Customer Service Department in addition to promoting Ooredoo products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving subscribers' calls, answering their queries and processing their requests, whether individuals or companies, with high efficiency and professionalism.
  2. Ensure that subscriber requests are accurately understood and verified in accordance with established policies, and that information on such requests is entered into the system.
  3. Documenting applications that cannot be executed through the call accurately, and delivering them to the competent authorities to work on their implementation.
  4. Compliance with the working hours program prepared by the General Department of Customer Services and implementation of policies and instructions in this regard.
  5. Document and communicate the comments and suggestions of the participants to the direct administrator.
  6. Sell Ooredoo products and services to existing and potential subscribers.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Obtain a university degree in administrative and literary fields only.
  2. Undergraduate students in the same fields referred to who have successfully passed a total of 60 credit hours are encouraged.
  3. Housewives who are not currently employed and have the required qualifications to apply for this position are also encouraged.
  4. Have good communication skills, ability and sufficient knowledge of dealing with clients.
  5. Flexibility to work in various shifts during the day, with the ability to specialize in some cases when needed.
  6. Have the ability to work under pressure.
  7. Residence in Ramallah or the ability to relocate to Ramallah.
  8. Ability to deal with different computer programs.
  9. Good knowledge of English, reading, writing, and conversation.
  10. Flexibility to work with different shifts.

selection Criteria:

  • Phase 1: Conduct group interviews as needed.
  • Phase 2: Successful training. The training duration is five working days. The call is made when a vacancy is available.

Working hours:

Working hours will be 8 hours, with a 40-minute break spread over more than one break.

Type of Contract:

Training contracts within a program starting from 6-8 months renewable and will be for specific periods.
