Disney announces it's streaming services subscriber product internship in NY in the USA for summer 2020. It's a business unit within the Walt Disney company’s Direct-to-Consumer and International (DTCI) segment that oversees all consumer-facing digital video subscription services across the company. Disney Streaming is responsible for developing and operating the Walt Disney company’s direct-to-consumer video businesses globally, including the ESPN+ premium sports streaming service, programmed in conjunction with ESPN. The subscriber activation team builds automated, systematic messaging across the customer life cycle to improve engagement, retention, and customer experience.

Eligibility:

You should have an interest in pursuing a career in product management.
You should have a current education track in engineering or business which would set you up for success in an entry-level product management role.
You should have a basic knowledge of A/B testing and thoughtfulness about user-experience and journey design.
You should have a passion for technology, media and Disney.
You can be a freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, graduate-level student or recent graduate (within 6 months of graduating) pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, business, engineering, computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or related field.
You must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College program or Disney
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
You must possess unrestricted work authorization.
You must provide own transportation to/from work
You should be able to provide own relocation, housing and transportation.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

Collect test ideas from within the team and other teams, and help prioritize them into a A/B testing road map.
Run A/B tests on existing programs in collaboration with your team / other PMs with the focus on customer engagement and improving engagement metrics.
Help evaluate the tests that you have and propose/drive the implementation of new ideas in the User Life cycle.
