AIESEC in Egypt is looking for Talented HR Specialists to join its team and Contributes to all Human Resources functions. HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits, recruiting new employees, assist in company policies and maintain updated employee records.

Main Activities:

  • Assist in maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.
  • Assist in handling the employee's compensation and benefits (such as Health and Social insurance).
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Helping in designing and executing HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes.
  • Organize training, team meetings, and events as needed.
  • Carry out the orientation of newly hired employees, explain human resources policies, and procedures
  • Maintain a good work environment for employees.

Working hours:

9 to 05:00 pm, Not on weekends.

Benefits:

  • 5,000 EGP per month
  • The computer will not be provided
  • Accommodation is provided but will not be covered.
  • Food is provided (1 meal per day)
  • Health Insurance: AIESEC in Egypt doesn't provide health insurance but it is recommended that you get one covering the period of the internship.
