Amaris group in Bucharest, Romania is looking for Commercial Legal Officer. The Commercial Legal officer monitors all commercial affairs in the Mantu group. Handles both internal and external legal concerns link to commercial contracts, clients and suppliers. The Commercial Legal Officer is a Legal Adviser capable of being a true business partner to all departments within the Group. In particular, the Legal Adviser is able to offer solid contract reviews and viable solutions to all key people in the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

Reading and validating business contracts.
Suggesting new contract clauses during contract editing.
Producing legal advice for negotiations.
Writing commercial contracts and annexe documents (application of penalties, in case of breach, etc.)
Validating commercial, promotional offers and procurements contracts.
Conducting legal monitoring and updating contacts' database.
Ensuring the follow-up of contractual relationships with the different stakeholders (partners, providers, etc.)
Registering Business licenses and following requests (mapping topics)
Ensuring good project management in relation to Business Licence topics.
Guaranteeing the requests of a Business license.
Alerting Amaris directors and top management on legal risks related to their activities and the orientations to take.
Mapping Risks in order to ensure Risk Management.
Ensuring the compliance of legal rules externally and internally.
Identifying litigations.
Opening a corporate case.
Preparing prelitigation.

Required Qualifications:

Master graduate in Corporate Law and/or Business Law.
1 year of experience in a similar filed.
Ability to work in English and French, the third language would be a plus.
Broad knowledge of Commercial Law and Business Law.
Ensure legal knowledge is up to date and be proactive in sharing this with the team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an international business environment.
Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently.
