Key Responsibilities:

  • You will support the Program Manager in a program of innovation and digitalization across a portfolio of services in collaboration with established teams and initiatives.
  • You will support the component service team responsible for the delivery of the respective service. 
  • You will help in the development and implementation of Managed Services business strategies.
  • You will work on short-term (quick wins) and long-term objectives of the initiative.
  • You will perform marketing analysis and research in the financial landscape, in particular in the wealth & asset management sector.
  • You will maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry in Luxembourg and be proactively to help in the GoTo-Market Strategy for Digital Services.
  • You will collaborate in building and enhancing new capabilities in this area, also you will comply with legal guidelines and in-house policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Last year student or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Innovation or other relevant fields.
  • Understanding of the financial services landscape and Managed Service market in Luxembourg (in particular the wealth & asset management sector).
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize workload, commit to deadlines, take responsibility and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, French and German would be an asset.
  • The applicant has a real interest in Innovation and digitalization.
  • The applicant is an enthusiastic, open-minded team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Ideally, the applicant will also have:

  • First-hand experience in project work or previous internships at a global company or agency.
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
