Ernst & Young offers an internship opportunity for master's students in human resources in Luxembourg. The training will start in July 2020 and last from 6 to 12 months. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Learning & Development team in training project deliveries.
  • Liaise with internal and external service providers in the context of the training organizations.
  • Act as a project manager on specific training events.
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of the training sessions.
  • Ensure proper follow up of training budget and cost monitoring.
  • Participate in the elaboration of reports to the Ministry to obtain subsidies for professional education.
  • Ensure regular reporting towards Management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The applicant should be pursuing a master's degree in human resources.
  • Fluent in French and English. (German or Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset).
  • The applicant should be rigorous, organized, flexible and detail-oriented.
  • The applicant should be able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in order to anticipate the team's needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Client-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • A flexible team worker and able to manage stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
