AIESEC is offering a paid internship in business administration with Will Be Kindergarten in Egypt as a principal assistant. The responsibilities of the intern will include support school initiatives in maintaining standards, behavior, Key Stages, teaching and exam timetabling, inclusion, the curriculum, and student learning. They can also carry out performance appraisals and teacher observations.

Main Activities:

  • Facilitating the day-to-day requirements of the school.
  • Ensure the safety of the students, fulfillment of student and teacher performance.
  • Interactions with students, teachers, other administrators, board members, and parents.
  • Familiar with DIY (Do It Yourself) manner plus Create and distribute educational content.
  • Notes, summaries, assignments, etc.
  • A desire and a capacity to work with children and young adults.
  • Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences, etc.

Eligibility Criteria: 

Required Skills:

  • Project Management.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Facilitation.

Internship Duration:

26 weeks from 10 March 2020 to 10 September 2020.

Working Hours: 

Working hours from 8 to 03:00 pm, and no work on weekends. 

Benefits:

  • A monthly stipend of EGP 6000

Note: It is recommended that you have valid medical insurance for your duration in Egypt.

Selection Process: 

The selection process takes four days, including an interview with AIESEC.
