IBM is offering undergraduate students from all around the world interested in Human Resources the opportunity to be a part of full-time internship as a Human Resources Assistant in France for 2020. 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Drafting of endorsements, various letters, employer certificates.
  2. Drafting of legal letters (trial period, resignation, part-time, maternity and paternity leave).
  3. Entry of personnel inputs and outputs in the internal management tool.
  4. Entry of monitoring tables (various leaves, workforce, staff movements, reporting).
  5. Creation of personnel files.
  6. Mail management.
  7. Classification and management of archives.
  8. Participation and preparation of certain internal events and reception during customer visits.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  1. You are studying a Bachelor degree in Human Resources.
  2. You are at ease with office tools.
  3. You are known for your polyvalence and rigor is a preference.
