Orange company offers a job opportunity in Egypt to work as a security implementation engineer. Orange business services are responsible for managing and integrating the complexity of international communications, freeing the customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that drive their business. 

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • Very good understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, protocols, routing, switching).
  • Very good understanding of SDWAN concepts.
  • Very good understanding of security concepts and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience (administration and/or deployment) with one or more of the following solutions:
  1. Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto CheckPoint, Juniper, Cisco).
  2. SDWAN technologies (Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet).
  3. Dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF).
  4. Proxy servers (Bluecoat, IronPorts).
  5. Antivirus and Antimalware.
  6. IDS & IDP (McAfee, Juniper, Fortinet, Cisco)
  7. URL & Content filtering solution.
  8. Unified threat management.
  9. Application switches (Alteon, BigIP)
  10. Unix/Linux operating system.
  • At least five years proven work experience, with min three years related to IT and network security.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English skills.
  • Very good communication and facilitation skills.

It's good to have:

  • A French language.
  • Certification in IT/Network security.
  • Project management knowledge.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  1. Implementation of different security solutions (firewalls, SDWAN, proxies, antivirus gateways, content filtering, intrusion detection and prevention, unified threat management, SIEM).
  2. All technical and administrative activities related to the build, configuration, integration, testing and handover of managed security services.
  3. Assume technical implementation ownership within transition projects; liaise with other project team members as a point of contact for security management.
  4. Organization to ensure the final delivery of security solutions.
  5. Assume ownership of complex changes and migrations of existing security services.
  6. Conform to existing operational service processes, technical procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
  7. Conform to corporate security policies and code of ethics.
