Erasmus intern provides a full time internship opportunity in Czech Republic in reception and front office for 3 months 

Eligibility:

You must:

  • Study or graduated from tourism or business administration.
  • Be a young person aspiring to have an experience in hospitality in Prague.
  • Be able to work independently.
  • Have extensive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Have level B2 in English as minimum and it's preferred to speak other foreign languages.
  • Have communication skills.
  • Have well-groomed appearance and good manners.
  • Have friendly and helpful behavior, even under stress situations.
  • Intercultural experience.
  • Strong ability to integrate and work well in a team.
  • Interest in new tasks and challenges.
  • The date of joining and duration is settled after agreement. The internship will be at least 3 months (can be prolonged) and 40 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following activities in front office (Reception):

  • Check in and check out.
  • Billing.
  • Care of guests in-house.
  • Room check.

You will be responsible for the following activities in back office:

  • Working with the reservation software.
  • Accepting and editing reservations.
  • Daily reports.
  • Control of the reservations.
  • Managing statistics and charts.
  • All types of guest correspondence.
