Delivery Hero is seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join the Product Business Intelligence team in Berlin, Germany for 2020. The mission is to provide data insights to three main stakeholders: Logistics, Contact Center and Consumer Platform.

Your mission:

Engage within the team and key stakeholders to understand the business vision and reports requirements.
Create new data analyses based on clear and detailed specifications from peers and stakeholders.
Maintain, run and update existing data analyses, visualizations and reports.
Develop accessible, creative and engaging data visualization to facilitate access to insight.
Format and disseminate the results of these analyses.
Collaborate with other data analysts, data engineers and product owners.

Qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience as a BI/Data Analyst working for internet companies.
You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject, e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering.
You‘ve already gained first experience in SQL.
Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
Independent and rigorous working style.
You are a team player and love to think outside the box.
You have the ability to understand business challenges and stakeholders' needs.
Good English communication skills.

Nice to have:

Practical experience with big data tools (e.g Redshift, BigQuery).
Experience with version control systems (VCS) (e.g. Github).
You are creative in data visualization (Tableau experience is a plus).
Experience in communicating complex issues to non-technical / analytical people.
