Eligibility:

  • Be a recent graduate with bachelor degree of science or pharmacy, with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience which is preferred.
  • Strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Operate independently, and be highly ambitious.
  • In addition to good knowledge of English, the company is also looking for skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership and the ability to work with others.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will typically start as a MPD team member working with a broad range of production lines and different packing material technologies with specific responsibilities from the first day. 
  • You will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the material the company receive is in compliance with the needed specs, optimize in pack material spending as well as lead new art works creation and your key projects will involve the following:
  1. Own the packaging material quality assurance.
  2. Tackle pack material issues root causes.
  3. Work with the pack material suppliers to raise their capabilities.
  4. Conduct health checks and audits on the suppliers.
  5. Qualify new material suppliers.
  6. Maintain automated pack material receiving process.
  7. Own the packaging material spending optimization.
  8. Lead the packaging material art works creations.
  9. You will work in professional and ambitious multi-functional teams while receiving valuable mentoring as well as functional and corporate training.
