Aramex is looking for a Corporate IT Operations Specialist to join the team and work in its offices in Amman, Jordan for 2020.

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver local and remote IT support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
Take the appropriate actions in response to system alerts.
Perform scheduled tasks and routine maintenance.
Manage user accounts and data backups.
Take part in shift rotation.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge in networking, systems administration, and cloud solutions.
Problem solving and troubleshooting.
Written and verbal communications.
Enthusiasm for continual learning and developing new skills.
Excellent command of English.
Team spirit.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields.
0 - 3 years’ experience.
