CINE4ALL Festival is inviting all creative filmmakers all over the world to participate with their films and compete within the festival. The festival is intended to provide audiences and experts insight into recent documentaries and short films to stimulate the production of the film in Egypt and enhance cooperation among Arab Filmmakers in production.

Festival Categories:-

Best Documentary Award.
- This category is for Documentaries films of any genre, with any length
Short Films Award.
- This category is for short films of any genre, with a total length of under 40 minutes
Student Films Award.
- This award category is for filmmakers currently attending a university, college ,high institute or other special education program
First or Second Time Director Award.
- This award category is for projects helmets by a first-second time director.
Music Videos Award.
- This award is a special category for Best music video.
Script Award.

Terms and Conditions:-

The Festival only accepts Documentaries, short films and music video Directed or produced by Arab nationality or origin.
The Festival only accepts online registrations and submissions to be assessed. Films must have an English subtitles.
The festival is only accepting films that have been produced during and after 2018 at this time.
By submitting a film to The Festival, the submitter agrees that the film will be screened in a live theatrical venue during the festival.
All film entries selected for the festival grant Cine4all (CFA) the rights to use provided stills, footage, clips, trailers and information from the film for promotion.
All films submitted must be free from any legal disputes and the filmmaker must have cleared all rights for music and exhibition.
The Festival will never share or stream your Film (s) online without your permissions.
Cine4All FEST reserves the right to change any information contained in this document(including Festival dates, venues, events, awards and eligibility requirements)without further notice.
Filmmakers will be notified no later than October 15 of their submission status.

Awards:-

All films will be screened in a live theatrical venue with Q&A.
On the sidelines of the festival there will be special seminars and workshops.
Festival services and film screening will continue throughout the year to help independent filmmakers produce and distribute their films.
