Are you a student of Film Direction, Cinematography, Animation & Multimedia, or Computer Graphics Department - then you are welcome to apply for the VGIK International Summer School in Russia this summer!
The program of the VGIK International Summer School consists of two sections: Documentary Section and Animation Section. Besides attending various filmmaking and animation technique workshops, tutorials and shooting trainings, you will get the chance to produce a short animation or documentary film under the Summer School’s slogan.
The programme covers: accommodation, meal expenses, public transportation, and production costs.
You will also be provided with all necessary equipment during filming.
Please note: You are responsible for your own travel, visa costs and health insurance.

[3] Letter of Recommendation from a school or master
[4] Trailer of a film
shot in the course of your studies at a film school, academy, or university (subtitled in English) or a link to the video
[5] Synopsis or your reflections on the subject corresponding with the summer school slogan, that will underlie your documentary and animation films to be shot at the VGIK International Summer School
