Facebook offers a job opportunity to work as a client solutions manager in Germany. The CSM for Facebook’s global marketing solutions team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts the customers at the core of everything they do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to company's Fortune 1000, multi-channel advertisers. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for the customers. The CSM will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic with tight deadlines. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract and based in the Hamburg office.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  1. It's preferred to have BA/BS degree.
  2. 5+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies and demonstrated leadership experience.
  3. Experience with the industry or business trends in the industry (direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM).
  4. Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management (internally and externally).
  5. Relationships with marketing decision makers in industry.
  6. Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details.
  8. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team.
  9. Understanding of major advertising success metrics.
  10. Extensive experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products.
  11. Fluency in German and English

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

  • Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the businesses and accounts you are assigned to.
  • Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and partner with the client partners to drive incremental revenue.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Project manage complex work streams.
  • XFN collaboration of all projects.
  • Media planning, strategy & measurement.
  • Manage and consults on complex advertising solutions and integrations.
  • Outline measurement solution based upon key KPI’s.
  • Manage revenue delivery and budget spend.
  • Articulate and update clients on FB product and developments.
  • Educate clients and agencies on best practices.
  • Drive product innovation based upon client needs.
