  • The HOPES Project (Higher and Further Education Opportunities for Syrians) is an EU-funded project in response to the Syrian crisis. It aims to improve the situation of Syrian refugees who have reached the post-secondary level and to help them continue their education

Syrian youth benefit by improving their learning opportunities and improving their language skills, thus facilitating the path to employment. The project will last for 4 years, from April 2016 to November 2019. The project will be implemented in the participating countries: Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Egypt and Iraq

The program offers more than 300 full academic scholarships, which will be provided through the Scholarship Fund, advisory services for 42,000 young Syrians, and about 4,000 students from language courses and study skills, which will also be provided under this program.
