Al futtaim offers a job opportunity in KSA to work as a national HR executive.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • Human Resource, Psychology or Business Management degree.
  • Previous experience as a HR executive or employee relation.
  • Change management, organisational development, management development, performance/compensation management, recruitment & selection, employee relations, mentoring/coaching, human capital metrics.
  • Analytical skills, financial modeling skills, good communication skills and problem solving skills.
  • Be achievement orientated, strategic thinking skills, solution orientated and team working skills.
  • You must have been an Al-Futtaim employee for at least 18 months in order to be considered.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the Saudisation target level within agreed range in the business unit.
  2. Ensure all HR administrative processes for which HR business partners are responsible are executed efficiently and with impeccable attention to detail.
  3. Ensure reporting hierarchy and organisation unit structure within SAP HCM is kept up to date.
  4. As part of annual HR plan for Saudi national, specify key recruitment requirements for the following year and communicate and discuss these with group recruitment.
  5. Work with line managers and group recruitment to ensure all recruits are of an acceptable standard and are thoroughly vetted and reference checked particularly for Saudi national.
  6. Ensure all new recruits are properly inducted for all and specifically for Saudi national.
  7. Ensure training needs of key and high potential staff are identified and delivered to all and especially for Saudi national.
  8. Take necessary steps to create a performance focused culture where high performers are rewarded, and inadequate performers are given an opportunity to improve or terminated especially for Saudi national.
  9. Ensure compliance with the annual appraisal review, that all and especially for Saudi National are properly appraised and have proper objectives/KPI.
  10. Ensure proper follow through to appraisal exercise to all and especially for Saudi national.
  11. Ensure all pay increases, bonus or incentive awards, and promotion proposals are justified and comply with policy.
  12. Manage Saudi national ER issues within the business units.
  13. Coordinate with HRSS for the registration of Saudi national in all government programs and initiatives such as GOSI, TAQAT, HRDF and SAIFI
  14. Support line managers in creating a culture of employee engagement based upon ‘Al-Futtaim way” values to all and specifically for Saudi national.
  15. Reinforce at all times a culture of meritocracy, performance-focus and diversity.
  16. Act as an advisor to line managers in order to educate them and minimize risk.
  17. Provide line management with regular and accurate reporting of employee costs.
  18. Ensure annual manpower budgeting exercise is conducted accurately and efficiently.
  19. Create, obtain approval for, and manage HR department budget.
  20. Participate in project work as required to develop HR policies, procedures and practices.
  21. Assist the HRBP in preparation and documentation of recruitment related paperwork.
  22. Coordination with HRSSU to ensure smooth on-boarding process for new employees & off-boarding process for existing employees especially for Saudi national.
  23. Assist the HRBP in administration and documentation of PDR & accreditation etc.
  24. Coordinate with HRSSU for follow up of payment claims.
  25. Assist the HRBP in documentation of employee relations and grievance handling activities. 
  26. Assist the HRBP in documentation of training and employee motivational activities.
  27. Maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files specifically for Saudi national.
  28. Coordinate with the accommodation in charge and escalating any issues that need to be resolved by the admin manager through the HRBP.
  29. Performing other miscellaneous HR-related duties as assigned.
