Job Summary

Youll be working with personnel in other departments within the College and the System to review and follow up on issues involving invoices, and ensure that expenditures fall within purchasing guidelines. Additionally, when AP system software upgrades are implemented, youll participate in the process, and you will interact with internal and external auditors as well as funding agencies. Youll also be involved in year-end closings, and the 1099 process.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field with at least 18 hours of Accounting required. Candidates can submit eight (8) years directly related work experience in lieu of degree.

Experience
Three (3) years experience in an accounting-related field
