TRT is offering a job opportunity as a Senior Project Manager to join the team in Istanbul, Turkey for 2020. The Senior Project Manager follows the coordination and administration of all aspects of assigned projects including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling project activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar discipline.
At least 7 years of experience on Project management is expected.
Fluent English (written and oral) is preferred.
Agile experience is preferred.
Willing to work in project based processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Analytical thinking, flexible, creative and result oriented approach.

Tasks:

Create and execute project plans.
Revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manage day-to-day progress of project(s) and scope.
Taking the end to end delivery responsibility of assigned projects/tasks.
Planning and executing the projects within defined time & quality constraints.
Direct communication with stakeholders for assigned projects.
Following the resources within the project.
Following the change requests raised by internal /external stakeholders.
Work closely with the editorial or technical team during the projects, and follow up the project status and milestones during the projects.
Monitor and report project risks and scope to foresee and identify potential problems and solutions.
Assist with creation and maintenance of project documentation including status reports, project schedules.
Build/develop solutions and models for assigned operations.
