Your main focus will be collaborating with the global mobility team to ensure the company is providing excellent service between the employees and the immigration and relocation partners. In addition you will be a key player in the day-to-day operations and will ensure that the company is functioning smoothly in an HR. You will work closely with another global mobility team member in New York and collaborate with the global mobility manager and global mobility team member in Stockholm. You will have daily correspondence with the external partners as well as company's talent acquisition team. Company's mission is providing the people with the best possible relocation experience, ensuring compliance in a world where complexity is increasing, and taking the company through the next set of opportunities as well as challenges that come with growing global presence in a world where speed is essential. This is a great opportunity to work in a truly global team and be part of the team managing and developing the program.

Eligibility:

You must have:

  • A background within human resources, law or other relevant education, and relevant experience in the global mobility field ideally U.S. immigration and relocation. If you have experience working with tax that is an added value but not a requirement.
  • You are structured in the way you work. You are organized and have a drive for keeping things in order, keeping things simple yet efficient.
  • You like supporting or running projects from start to end.
  • You are detailed enough, meaning speed comes before perfection, but not before quality.
  • You are comfortable working in a high pace environment where conditions and prioritizations can swiftly change.
  • You are a self-starter who prefers to work independently but you enjoy working with a team as well.
  • You are an excellent communicator who not only understands the importance in getting a message out, but also ensuring it is well received and understood.
  • You are analytical and have a consequential way of thinking.
  • You are open to change and can identify areas of improvements and support to make those changes happen.
  • You enjoy having a good time at work and feel at home in a playful environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Resolving vendor invoices, preparing various reports, gathering and compiling data for analysis, providing data to external partners and internally ensuring data compliance and reporting requirements are met.
  2. Posting/removing of LCAs, notice of Filings, and ensuring postings in other locations as needed.
  3. Perform administrative work related to printing, collating, and delivering time-sensitive documents, as well as maintaining public access files.
  4. You may assist with permanent residency processing depending on your experience, including working closely with employees, managers, HR stakeholders and external partners on all aspects of the permanent residency process.
  5. Answer general questions on global mobility including immigration internally in the mobility portal. Main focus of the role is immigration, but the team handles relocation and tax as well, so if you have experience in that area it will be a plus but not a requirement.
  6. The company is a support function primarily to the core HR and recruitment teams and the goal is to be as supportive as possible while ensuring all stakeholders are aware of processes, policies, and timelines.
  7. Collaborate with the global mobility team to review, draft, and update support documents, information and instructions for internal HR stakeholders as needed.
  8. You will support the external partners answering questions and authorizations requests, and preparing support material if needed. Company's job is to support the partners to enable them to act as an extension of the team.
  9. While maintaining the current status, you will also have the opportunity to manage and/or support projects to improve employee experience, policies and processes, updating communication material and internal website. The company is opened to changes and welcome ideas for improvements.
