Erasmus Intern is offering an internship opportunity in Berlin, Germany, to work as a QA Engineer.

Internship duration and working hours:

Part-time for 12 months.

Eligibility criteria:

  1. You study computer science, business informatics or similar
  2. You should have an understanding of manual software testing methodologies, techniques and test design thinking
  3. You are curious to learn test automation skills
  4. When things break — and they will — you are eager and able to help analyze bugs
  5. You like thinking of ways to improve efficiency or bring delight to the people you work with
  6. You have an eye for detail in design and concept functionality
  7. You are skilled at explaining technical problems and issues succinctly and clearly in a bug ticket in English
  8. English: Independent User B2
  9. German: Basic User A2

Internship framework:

  • You help us testing our desktop and mobile applications manually
  • You are responsible for the introduction and documentation of test cases and test protocols
  • You support our Scrum process and thus help to improve the entire product management process
  • You define our Northstar quality metrics and then set goals against them
  • You work cross-functionally to define a culture of both monitoring these goals and how we effectively move them over time
  • You are responsible for quality assurance
