Salary £30942 to £40322 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for a Teaching Associate based in the School of Health Sciences. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of high quality teaching and scholarly activity across the School. The primary purpose of your role will be to contribute to the delivery of Nurse education with a focus on clinical skills.  You will have the ability to identify and meet the learning needs of our students, ensuring the content and delivery style meet the learning objectives of their academic programmes of study. You will also be actively engaging in scholarly activity / research or, have a willingness to engage in such activity.

You will have NMC registration in Adult Nursing and have expertise in any of the following areas.

Candidates must have a current registration as a nurse with NMC and a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Nursing or other relevant area. 

This post will be offered as a full-time permanent contract, applications for 0.8 FTE (4 days a week) will also be considered.  It is anticipated that the post will commence on 1st July 2021.
