EdX is offering a beginner's online course in business management, teamwork, and collaboration. The course will be 3 weeks long starting on January 18, 2018. This course will help students learn the following:
[1] How to understand the complexities of group dynamics and interactions
[2] How to motivate by improving group climates
[3] How to develop skills in leadership, problem-solving, conflict management, and other critical group dynamics
[4] How to assess team effectiveness and success
EdX offers the online course for free. However, those who are interested in receiving a certificate of completion must pay $49 USD.
