Award or Grant Description $$ €1,000
Vacasol GmbH supports students in completing voluntary or compulsory student exchange. This includes German students going abroad or international students coming to Germany. In addition, students who volunteer in a non-profit sense (Ehrenamt) can also receive a scholarship.
Applicants must be enrolled at a university, a university of applied sciences or a similar educational institution in Germany at the time of the application and the planned semester abroad. Applicants from all subjects are welcome to apply.
The stay abroad must cover a period of at least 3 months.
To support volunteer work, an official proof from an organization, sponsor, association or similar about the type of volunteer work is required.
Every year, ten scholarships, each worth €1,000, are granted.
An application can only be submitted by email. You can find the application form under the following link: https://www.vacasol.de/scholarship
The following documents must be sent:
Description of the purpose of the stay or volunteering (1-2 A4 pages)
Personal and job-related goals for the stay
Or your motivation to do an honorary position
Motivation for applying for the scholarship
Overview of grades for the last two semesters
Submit the application with complete documents to scholarhip (at) vacasol.de
Applications for the Vacasol Global Engagement Scholarship are open from January 1st until May 31st to be submitted online every year.
