Do you want to extend your subject knowledge past the undergraduate level? Then, you must take a chance and apply for the GREAT Scholarships at the Queen’s University Belfast for higher education in the UK. The scholarship will be awarded for the academic year 2022-2023.

This scholarship is exclusively open to Mexican nationals or citizens only. Students can apply to take MSc Molecular Biology and Biotechnology programme at QUB to be eligible to win this £10,000 scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Countries: Students from Mexico can apply.
Eligible Course or Subjects: MSc Molecular Biology and Biotechnology programme at QUB can be applied for.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
The applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of Mexico.
The applicants must have applied for and been offered a full-time place at Queen’s on their selected programme.

Offered Benefits

An award of £10,000 will be given to the selected Mexican national students to pursue their MSc at QUB.

Application Process

How to Apply: Students must click on the ‘Apply’ button to start their postgraduate application. The application form for the scholarship must be submitted separately.
Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
Degree transcripts for all completed periods of study
Copies of your official Degree/Diploma Certificates
Research proposal
Certified translations
References
Admission Requirements: Students must have a 2.2 Honours degree or above in a relevant area of science or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University.
Language Requirement: The students must submit scores of the following English language proficiency tests:
IELTS – 6.0
