Eligibility:

You're eligible if you:

are a domestic student
are enrolled full-time in any of the following programs:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
- dual or engineering integrated programs
don't hold a scholarship that the Associate Dean considers to be similar.

We'll consider:

academic achievement
strength of interest that you demonstrate in completing at least one period of vacation employment at L3 Harris
personal qualities, including leadership potential.

Preference may be given to:

students who demonstrate an interest in undertaking studies in the fields of microwave or photonics engineering during the year of the award
previous recipients of the scholarship who are still enrolled in the same program.

The Scholarship was established in 2012 and is maintained by an annual gift from L3 Harris.

L3 Harris may also offer:

thesis mentoring
an ambassadorial role
vacation employment at any L3 Harris site while the recipient holds the Scholarship, in consultation with the recipient.
