Doroob Invites all interested in recruiting, managing and evaluating volunteers to participate in the Volunteer Design Course to gain an opportunity to learn basic concepts in volunteer management, the importance of engaging volunteers in institutional work, and how to apply basic concepts to volunteer opportunities. The course is free and is given in Arabic.Participants receive an opportunity to learn the design of volunteer opportunities, which will contribute to clarity of opportunities, ease of recruitment, management and evaluation of their work.
