The University of Queensland has partnered with Asha, a non-profit organization, to enable high-potential applicants to access higher education by offering the UQ-India Equity Postgraduate Coursework Scholarships. Applications for the academic year 2022-2023 are now accepted.

This scholarship is exclusively offered to Indian students entering UQ to pursue a postgraduate programme in any desired discipline. The scholarship covers total tuition fees, a living stipend, and $2,400 towards flights, campus allowance, and health cover. The winners will be selected on academic excellence, accommodation, experiences and employability, and financial hardship.

Eligible Course or Subjects: Students can apply for a postgraduate programme in any field of study at the University of Queensland.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
The applicants must demonstrate commitment to “pay it forward” or “give back” to his/her community, including by telling their stories and inspiring other students.
