Purpose: To support Colorado students interested in community service who are pursuing higher education.

Eligibility: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors who have been residents of Colorado for their final two years of high school. Students must be accepted at a Colorado Council Member Institution and be enrolled as a full-time student within six months after graduation from high school.
