Institution: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Headquarters

Purpose: To encourage students to paint waterfowl and learn about the importance of habitat and wildlife conservation.

Eligibility: Applicants must be in kindergarten to 12th grade and submit their artwork to their state or local department. Students must be U.S. citizens, resident aliens or nationals. The first place national winner has their art made into the next Federal Junior Duck Stamp and travels with a parent to the next First Day of Sale event for their stamp.
