Eligibility: Applicants must be Hispanic high school seniors, undergraduate or graduate students and residents of Colorado who are highly involved in the Hispanic community. Students must have a cumulative high school or college GPA of 3.0 or higher. Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need and the overall strength of the application.
