Institution: Perry County Community Foundation
Purpose: To support nontraditional students who are pursuing postsecondary education.
Eligibility: Applicants must be residents of Perry County, Indiana. Students must be nontraditional (delayed enrollment in postsecondary education for at least one year after graduating or withdrawing from school) and have a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Students must be pursuing postsecondary education at an accredited college, university or vocational-technical school. Students must submit a 500-word essay describing their life challenges and how those challenges helped shape their future goals, complete FAFSA or FAFSA4caster, submit proof of enrollment at an accredited institution of higher education and submit an official grade transcript.
