Institution: Southwest Florida Community Foundation
Purpose: To support graduating student athletes from North Fort Meyers High School in pursuing post-secondary education.
Eligibility: Applicants must have participated in at least one sport in high school. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application. Students must submit grade transcripts, an essay, SAT and/or ACT scores and a letter of recommendation.
