A working knowledge of food science and value addition through processing would benefit the project.

You will demonstrate academic achievement in the field/s of food science and the potential for scholastic success.

A background or knowledge of nutritional, bioactive and functional property evaluation of different foods is highly desirable. Working with industry or other organisations in the translation of research would be beneficial.
