Are you seeking an engineering degree and want to be part of Ford's manufacturing team?

Ford invites manufacturing engineers from around the world to work in a team that manufactures more than 150,000 vehicles a day at 65 facilities around the world. The training will be based in the United States and will be beneficial to the company as manufacturing allows Ford's ubiquitous facilities to produce world-class products for customers, as well as to produce flawless vehicles of high quality, efficiency, safety and sustainable manner. During the summer, trainees will work to help improve Ford's manufacturing system, specifically improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, maintenance systems and the environment at Ford.

Applicants must:

[1] Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Welding Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering or Agricultural Engineering

[2] Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent

[3] Be at the beginner level or above

[4] Be prepared to move

[5] Be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment including world-class manufacturing facilities

[6] Excellent skills and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with team members and customers

[7] Be able to manage and deliver a program based on a project schedule

[8] Be able to use analyzes to track cost, quality, safety and delivery in WFP projects

[9] Be interested in the automotive industry and manufacturing

[10] Be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States, and visa sponsorship is not available in this position
