your usual place of residence is Papua New Guinea;
you are enrolled, or intend to enrol, full-time or part-time in the Approved Program;
you do not hold a scholarship that the Associate Dean (Academic) considers to be similar; and
you submit an application for the Scholarship by the closing date for applications.
