INSEAD announced the Alexis & Anne-Marie Habib Foundation Scholarship 2020 for Lebanese students. The Alexis & Anne-Marie Habib Foundation seeks to identify bright, academically talented, disadvantaged high school and university students in Lebanon and to provide them with long-term financial support so that they can maximize their educational potential. The Foundation also offers scholarships at INSEAD for those who aspire to attend a world-class international MBA program. One scholarship will be awarded per class to a Lebanese candidate with strong academic credentials who demonstrate financial need. The INSEAD scholars will be expected to support the work of the Foundation after INSEAD.

Eligibility Criteria:

Lebanese nationals with strong academic credentials and demonstrated financial need.

Essay Topic:

Applicants need to submit an essay when applying for the scholarship, in which they should:

In approximately 250 words applicant should state (a) why he feels an INSEAD MBA is relevant to his particular educational needs (b) his future career objectives.
In approximately 300 words applicant should provide a concise but accurate description of his financial circumstances as well as his budget for the year at INSEAD. How does the applicant expect to finance his studies if he does not obtain a scholarship from INSEAD? Why INSEAD should consider him for one of the Middle East scholarships? What amount does the applicant consider appropriate?
In approximately 250 words applicant should analyze and discuss the requirements for successful business leadership in the Middle East today. Explain how he envisages contributing to the future development of his country after graduation.
