Erasmus Intern announced new internship opportunities for Tunisians in Italy as Office clerk / Tour manager / Guide.

The guide generally follows and assists a tourist group from the beginning to the end of an organized trip in which this figure is foreseen.
The clerk of the secretariat supports the activities that take place in an office and deals with both tasks related to the organization of internal activities, and front-office activities, that is, what concerns contact with the outside and relationships with the public.
With regards to internal management, ie back-office management, some duties of the secretary's employee are:

Management of incoming and outgoing emails and paper mail.
Respond to phone calls and forward them to departmental managers or superiors.
Organization of meetings, appointments, press conferences (booking of train/plane tickets, hotels, etc.)
Management of communications and documents addressed to the various managers.
Reception of people and customers who go to the office (reception activities).
Possible support for the activity of the press office.
