Sumerge company offers a job opportunity in Egypt to work as an associate project manager. As a part of the project management team, you will work hand-in-hand with the customers, engineers, sales, and finance teams bridging the technical and business worlds to deliver the utmost value to company's customers. The ideal project managers lead by example and inspire others with their thirst for excellence and take actions and make wise decisions despite ambiguity. They care intensely about the company's people, customers, and success.

Eligibility:

You must have:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
From 0 to 2 years of experience.
Proficiency in the English language.
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

Lead team on a small project or segment of a large project.
Manage project plans activities definition, sequencing, estimating, assigning, and schedule control.
Estimate and control project costs and budgets.
Plan and ensures the execution of quality assurance and testing activities.
Develop team skills and manages project teams.
Communicate and guarantee information distribution on team members, customers and management.
Identify and analyze risks and performs mitigation planning, monitoring, and execution regularly reports on project costs and progress.
