Nestle is offering a job opportunity at the Human Resources Business Partners Factory, based in El Jadida in Morocco for 2020. You will be responsible for the people agenda within the factory and for the creation and implementation of a people plan aligned with the Business.

Responsibilities:

Execute the People Plan strategy of the factory ranging from selection to retirement.
Embed the values and culture of the organization.
Manage the local HR services team whilst ensuring excellence in execution and full alignment with the market local HR services team.
Work as part of cross functional Nestlé in the Market Centers of Competence adhering to the governance structures. Share insight and understanding with Nestlé in the Market Centers of Competence relating to factory requirements.
Contribute to the organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies and support leaders to deliver team organizational development and capability needs.
Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development including career development and sound succession planning.

Qualifications:

Significant professional experience in a HR Business Partner Role in an operational environment.
Experience of working in employee/labor relations.
Experience in Leading people and managing projects.
Successful experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit.
Demonstrated ability to develop a culture of trust, cooperation and continuous improvement.
Fluent in English.
