Hilton Hotels & Resorts offers a 24-month training program for the future position of Finance Manager. Applicants at the hotel will work to gain experience in financial matters as they learn all major financial functions and other key functional areas of business development and human resources. Following the successful completion of this program, the third year, applicants are appointed in position full-time .
Trainees are distributed according to need in the Europe, Middle East or Africa region. Applicants must have graduated from the university between July 2015 and August 2017.
