TRT Turkey offers a job opportunity to work as a gaming level designer in Turkish radio television corporation / İstanbul / Turkey. It's looking for a talented level designer who is capable of turning a whiteboard concept into a sensational game play sequence. You will take initiative and find creative solutions to complex problems and most importantly you must be a gamer.

Eligibility:

You must have:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Experience with scripting languages and a sound technical background.
Experience in testing and balancing levels in mobile games.
The ability to conceptualize level layouts via sketches and other diagrammatic practices.
Understanding of target audience needs.
Mathematical, analytical, and logical skills.
Experience with designing, defining and maintaining all game mechanics.
Capability to analyze key performance indicators, user testing and feedback.
Experience with shipping projects (professional or amateur) which is a plus.
Be self-motivated and able to break down complex tasks.
Passion about games and gaming.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of:

Creating and maintaining levels of various difficulties and challenges for players.
Collaborate with game designers to define and tweak game mechanics.
Crafting and maintaining inventive, challenging and fun levels for a casual, trivia and puzzle games.
Adhere to and help formulate best practice definitions established to achieve both optimal player experience and desired company performance metrics.
Remaining up-to-date on trends within the puzzle, trivia and casual game market.
Understanding the game flow in these genres and recognizing the role level content creation plays and how it fits within the game flow.
Attract, engage and retain users.
Support and enhance the core mechanics and creative vision of the game.
Managing and prioritizing bug lists.
