Beiersdorf is offering training and workshopsin human resources. You will learn how to manage people with diverse skills, goals, and interests along with an emphasis on achieving the company's ambitions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates in Psychology, Sociology or Business administration with a major in Human Resource Management and an outstanding GPA.
  • Min. 6 months of practical experience through appropriate internships.
  • Min. 6 months of experience abroad gained within your studies or internships.
  • Fluency in English, basic knowledge of German is recommendable.
  • Social & intercultural skills enabling you to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical skillset.
  • Enthusiasm for brands and consumer goods.
  • Ambition for an international career.
  • Desire to take over managerial responsibilities.

About the Program:

  • Human Resources Business Partner (4 months):

Business Partners support and consult managers, as well as employees, on HR-related topics working closely with different HR experts. For your first step, you will gain operative HR experience including recruitment, succession planning, development of employees, and operating with the work council.

  • Center of Excellence (4 months):

At Center of Excellences (CoE) you will get to know how strategic HR works and how Headquarter departments such as CoE Development, CoE Compensation & Benefits or HR Systems, Planning & Reporting develop and steer global strategic HR processes and tools.

  • International posting (6 months):

Your time at one of the affiliates will open up new perspectives on HR. Working on local HR topics will sharpen your awareness of cultural differences – an essential skill for leading people in a global company such as Beiersdorf. On top of that, you will get insights into how global processes are rolled out locally.

  • Cross-functional assignment (4 months):

Partnerships are everything in HR. During this flexible final assignment, you will literally go beyond HR borders and acquire a better understanding of the needs of your future partners such as in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Supply Chain Management. This way, you will expand and round up your business understanding to prepare for your career ahead.
