Candidates should provide the following documents:
1) application for employment addressed to the Rector of Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW,
2) personal questionnaire (according to SGGW form)
3) biography,
4) a statement confirming compliance with the requirements of Art. 113 of the aforementioned Act - printed materials are issued by the secretariat of the Institute of Social Sciences and Education of WULS-SGGW,
5) a copy (certified by SGGW) of a document confirming the conferral of a master's degree and / or doctoral degree in the field of social sciences or humanities (discipline of sociological sciences or sociology),
6) list of scientific achievements,
7) confirmation of knowledge of English at least a good level.
Persons from outside the University also submit an opinion from the last place of work and / or opinion of the academic tutor.
In the case of a positive outcome of the competition, an appropriate certificate from an occupational medicine doctor will be required - the forms are issued by the WULS-SGGW Personal Affairs Office.
Please attach a candidate’s statement that he/she agrees to the processing of personal data: "I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data for recruitment purposes pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of 10.05.2018 (Consolidated text – Official Journal of Laws, 2018, item 1000).
