Institution: Indiana Golf Association
Purpose: To aid those students who have worked at an Indiana golf facility in their pursuit of a college education.
Eligibility: Applicants must be a senior in high school, have worked in an Indiana golf facility in the previous 12 months, have a 3.0 GPA, display strong character and prove financial need. Selection is based on financial need, personal essay and academic achievement.

How to Apply: Applications are available online and must include an IRS 1040 form, high school transcript, personal essay and at least one letter of reference. In addition to the main application form, students should submit the academic evaluation form and employment evaluation form.
